First TNG was so easy to used, but for now, so hassle,how many times i tried to send money in Philippines but has no option for selected bank,even though it has all my receiver selected already..so what is the new update for now TNG, action this

Not that it helps but makes it difficult, it takes 2/3 days to receive the money, the shipping costs are expensive, the longer you use this, how come now it's getting more difficult, not easier, the service is getting worse here

My last 3 years of using tng was very good, but now, what happened?? I use tng to send money back to Philippines for urgently matters, but the delay was too much, before it will just take 1-2 days now , 23 working days??? And I couldn't declined it,
