SolarMate is an intelligent PV monitoring APP software. It works with wireless module(Cloud-Box-M2 or BT-02), SolarMate APP can monitor the PV devices by connecting wireless module. Users can obtain work information, historical data, equipment parameters, information of PV system and set device parameters.

Three years later: Stopped connecting to see real time status. Now it only updates when I hit the refresh button. No more real time as before and won't even connect half the time. Disappointed.. Don't get the GCSOAR controller for the wifi connectivity. 2 years ago: Working good, times out every once in a while, but not enough to be a problem. Happy so far. Nice being able to monitor my system from anywhere. 2 months later, still times out on occasion.

If this reliably connected I would absolutely give it 5 stars, but it does not. The only reason I went with this charge controller over others was for the ability to remotely monitor my battery voltage and charge rate. More than 50% of the time it will not connect. Try again 1 minute or 20 minutes later and it might. Seems they need to devote more effort to their cloud server functionality. This could be great, but it is too buggy to recommend or even show to a friend. Good luck fixing it!

So far, so good.. app seems to work reliably. Would be 5 stars for the following improvements for those with more than one unit to monitor: 1) show the unit name on all screens (currently no way to know which one you're looking at) and 2) incorporate a way (button?) to easily switch between units without having to go back out to the list screen. Ideally just swipe left/right from the home screen. ** Ps I'd also pay a few bucks a month for a pretty web portal (hint, hint, Dev!)
