How does WinWinBalance® work?
The application is easy to use. It works on the principle of "One click" and is personalized. The supervisor summarizes the working day on his smartphone, noting the behavior of employees and their contribution to the achieved result. Data in real time appears in the online management panel, available to any number of assigned users. The system generates daily, monthly and annual summaries of individual employee assessments according to adopted criteria, and then sends reports and analyzes to authorized persons.

We adapt the WinWinBalance ® tool to the client's needs with every implementation. We cascade the system to any number of organizational levels and define the scope of rights of individual users. We calibrate the criteria. We install the application on our or client's servers. If necessary, we plug the tool into the existing management system and / or add hard controlling parameters (KPI).
