It gave me new colors with each new picture. I didn't think the hair colors, especially less natural colors looked realistic enough to get an idea of whether it would look good. Makeup didn't look natural to me either and overall the app just was not very intuitive and/or did not have a lot to offer.

I really struggle to find clothes within my color palette. Because of this, the feature of virtual fitting rooms from online stores was really appealing. This doesn't exist. This app did nothing to enhance my knowledge of my colors (already knew them) except to take my money. You can not even try it out without making some kind of payment. What a waste of time and money! Also, I can not find anywhere to cancel my purchase or subscription.

I agreed to the free trial and almost immediately decided it wasn't worth it but there is no way to cancel it. After days of trying to message for help and cancel it I was charged and still can't get it canceled. After finally being able to get in touch with someone the issue was quickly resolved with their help and prompt replies. I upgraded my stars to 4 because while the product may not be my cup of tea their customer service is top notch with a real person who will actually reply and help.
