This App is horrible, they literally blocked my account because I am a minor, even though i filled out a whole form to create an account here, the support is terrible, both by phone and email, but jesus, it is just impossible to solve any problem by phone, it seems like they just don't care about you. I am about 4 months being obligated to use this app, and my money stay there, and I can't use it.

Can't login. App says I already have an account even though I don't remember creating one. Phone support is terrible, there is no option for I CANT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT, and even after hoping around like a "genius" (using the opposite word so I don't get censored) I can't have a satisfactory solution. After waiting weeks for an email I tried logging in again only to be informed that my account, which shouldn't exist in the first place, is now blocked. To heaven with it.

After changing my mobile to a Pocophone F1, app keeps crashing. I have credits on it and cannot use them. Money is stuck. How to proceed now? Eu não tenho conta do Facebook. Vocês teriam outra forma de contato, por favor?
