I paid my school fees through remita on the 24th of September 2024 , I was debited through my bank but the money wasn't reflecting on my school (ui ) portal . I emailed remita they weren't responding and when they responded they couldn't provide my money , up till now I haven't been refunded the payment of #82,065 which I paid to one remita fidelity account . Please do well to look into this i need my money refunded ... 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

If there's a way I can rate them zero star I will because that's exactly what they deserved, the payment speed is very slow,unliable and they have the worst customers care service, I wish they could learn from paystack

This app is straight forward outrageous and useless! Even twice as much irritating it's verification process. Imagine how it keeps revolving around what is supposed to be a one-time verification form for about 100 times. It's very hard to access and use because it crashes with every chance it gets. Do not download it. I repeat; do not download it. Bad idea! Bad idea!
