This is nice and convenient and it saves you time. Instead of trying to call the company and the dispatcher. The only disadvantage is they will cancel your online request for a cab and make you wait app to a couple hours or longer period then you have to redo the app to get make sure you get a ride to the place you are trying to get to. And when are the dispatchers is very rude and obnoxious? But other than that, it is a nice convenient way to secure a spot to get you.

Most of the drivers are beyond amazing! They're friendly, kind and always do there best they can to get you to your destination on time! As for the 2 dispatchers Chris and Darlene, they are terrible! I've never seen such unprofessional people before in my life! They're rude! They'll cuss at you, yell at you and hang up on you when they tell you your cab is on its way or should have already been there and they're not!! As for jazzy she's an awesome dispatcher!

This thing sucks, can't even find a cab in the general area of the United States near enough to come pick me up!
