With the help of the Transport Agency app, you can both perform services and get information about your or your vehicle directly in your smartphone. You can also search for information on vehicles owned by others.

• see your congestion charge balance and your initial days amounts
• get information about your vehicle
• seek information on vehicles owned by others.

To gain access to services and information about your vehicle, you need to first add them to the app. To add a vehicle you need to have access to your registration.

Ratings and reviews

The app has worked well for me for some time, but the new version cannot even start after the automatic upgrade yesterday. Has anyone else seen this problem? My phone is a Samsung Xcover 4. As of March 25 2019 the app works again (for me at least).

cannot scan barcode, the "aim" in the app is not in the middel of the screen and it won't scan it edit: I got it to work by uninstalling and installing again works perfectly, I can see all the information that I need

Switched phones now i cant add my cars because the app doesn't recognize me as the owner because i reloaded the app.
