It's entertaining enough to play and learn some new vocab, but there are some major problems with this one compared to part 1. The voices mispronounce some words, and random words are capitalized when they don't need to be. There is not enough context for some of the words, like okureru which translates to "to be late", but the game just says "late". In addition, a few of the translations are completely wrong, but if you keep all of this in mind, it can still be a helpful study tool.

It's a fun way to learn but there are major limitations to the learning. Context is missing, so when it's something like "branch", for example, it's unknown whether it's a tree branch, or a branch of government (or both). Adding some context could help. Maybe instead of individual words, it could be entire phrases?

The bug of the mail staying there everytime even if there is no mail is fixed compared to part 1, but other worse mistakes have popped up: the romanization looks strange - "gyou" becomes "gi ~you" - and as a result (I think) the automatic female voice pronunciation is also off - "gyou" gets pronounced as "gi-yo-u". And some words of part 1 are being repeated.
