I'm not sure if it's delivery companies thing in the UK or globally, is it possible guys to hire a UX person to ensure the app works as expected? You say in the delivery status that I'm not at home & you left a message & you waiting me to contact you, but there is no button anywhere on the app to contact or the website, I struggle a bit & find a number & I get forced into the AI lady that's not helpful, if you stop promoting political agendas & concentrate please on building good product

Useless. Just doesn't work. I put in the shipping number but nothing happens. Nothing to allow me to save. Go out of the app, come back in and the number has disappeared. Useless!!

Says item in transit, will be delivered before 6pm. Now almost 8pm nothing further on the app?? The helpline worse than useless, the autobot did not recognize my shipping number
