Unusable. Error verifying I'd, called number as suggested, no answer and forced to voicemail and to leave email. Left message, no reply. Read reviews of similar issues and being directed to delete and recreate account. Didn't work, now I have a login but no password, can't login and can't delete account. Still no call or email. The point was to tour the only time we had available, since we can't, we will move on to another housing option and make sure the apartment (their client) knows why.

I couldn't build an app worse than this even if I wanted to. The most basic core functionality, i.e. having access to a lock box that gives you a key doesn't work. I had 3 different tours, and the codes never worked in any of them. Thankfully it was during business hours and the building staff were kind enough to use their own default codes to let me tour the place. The key box seems to expect a 5 digit code, but only get 4 digits. Maybe it's supported to be a game where you guess the 5th one 🤦

Garbage app that's full of bugs and made the entire process way harder than it needed to be. Half of the "features" in the app open up the browser, but if you try to do everything in the browser it tells you to use the app. I would not use this app if I had a choice Update: between me and the building manager we couldn't get things working so we've decided to give up and just do a regular tour without the app. And honestly I couldn't be happier
