Features:
• Help protect your account by using a PIN or your preferred biometric trait (depending on your device capabilities).
• Generate verification codes without a data connection
• Must be activated by scanning a CRONTO image (QR code) containing one-time activation credentials.

UPDATE: If you have an Android and have Developer Options enabled, it will not let the app open. It'll take you to a website error page. Disable Developer Options and it'll work again!! Go to your settings to find this and turn it off. NOBODY at Truist will know this; I only found out because another user posted a review here in the app store (thank you to them)!! Tried opening and it leads to a website (?!) with an error message that says "Hmm. That didn't work..."

Downloaded this app for work purposes and once downloaded and trying to open the app it brings me to the Truist webpage in Google Chrome. Once on the webpage it says "Hmmm ..that didn't work.""How do I fix this? I have given the app all permissions and still nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times as well. Downloaded on my husband's phone that is the same as mine and it works fine. I have a Google Pixel 8.

Trusit has constantly been making changes that make everything harder for us. First they "consolidated" our 8 credit cards into 2 accounts. The accounts dont sync with the individual cards so we never know how much we owe or how much credit we have available. Now they come out with this security feature requiring the authenticator app in order to login to the truist one portal, but the app doesn't work! It hasn't worked for over a year. The app just takes you to a webpage displaying an error.
