Ratings and reviews

Foreigners who purchased the eSIM should be wareful of their systems. I bought their 30 ringgit plan for 1 month but couldn't activate through the app. Kept getting the "activation failed" error message while scanning my passport. Support not helping much either. Don't recommend.

The Support options is very funny, can't click back or click link agent send to you, because once you need to upload photos or visit others link, then your conversation will end, then you need to go support live chat talk about the same things, then closed again then again then again... Just wanna check and ask something also cannot and useless Support Live Chat will noob systems!

Felt like a scam. As a non-Malaysian, the app did not recognise my passport and as a result, I did not manage to activate my plan even though I have paid RM30. Tune Talk should have made it mandatory for customers to register first before allowing them to purchase the sim plans.
