The kitchen of the restaurant is entrusted to the expert hands of the "Chef Mirella", daughter of the owners of the structure, who, together with her brothers Roberta and Luigi, manages the restaurant today. Simple recipes, in full respect of the Abruzzo tradition and Mediterranean cuisine.
The restaurant makes its daily commitment to satisfy the tastes of each customer, for this reason, in addition to the fish menu and the pizzeria, we offer a selection of meat specialties à la carte.
In 1975 my Parents (Natala and Iolanda) started this fabulous adventure.
I was just 7 years old and already with very clear ideas about my professional future.
Today, in this place that overlooks a sea of a thousand suggestions, there are now many who "cheer" with my specialties.
My job is perhaps the most beautiful in the world because I can give a moment of joy to young and old!
My recipes are simple, in full respect of the Abruzzo tradition and Mediterranean cuisine.
The ingredients used are only IGP and DOP products.
My dishes are all prepared without pre-cooking any ingredients, but with passion and patience!
