Not able to place order for the last 2 months. Was able to place order before. Everytime pops as address verification pending by marketing manager. Not getting any update by either udaan support or a call from marketing manager for verification. Has contacted support more than 20 times and yet they do not have any update on it. Very bad service

Worst app Don't use any retail and wholesale customers cheap quality and outdated goods i think they are changing the date's and returns is no one responded it's not use for professional customers and price's also very high compared to wholesale market's we are trying to return some products but no one is responding help line numbers also bad .. Overall customer satisfaction zero

My last two orders were very disappointing. First one: After receiving wrong product a have created return issue four time but all rejected. Last one: Order was already reached destination godown at my place. Then the day after two days a have received notification regarding "my order was return due to several delivery attempts failed" meanwhile there was NO any prior delivery attempts in reality. All my prior orders were well satisfying except the last two orders.
