When trying to sign up for an account, it keeps having me request a code that can only be sent to my email. When I enter the code, it does nothing. I have requested a code about 30 times and I still keep getting the same thing. Interacted with an agent x2, one agent informed me to up date the app However, I have the most recent version. I have tried this on both the app and website and the same issue remains.

The bank is great. The app worked well for a few months. My issue is with the app *Now*. The app hasn't allowed me to log in. Reason? "Something went wrong." Doesn't recognize the account. ▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎ Logging in on the web. (desktop or mobile format) is much better. This is a good bank, but the app has issues that need working on. 3/5

This bank overall is relatively straightforward. You have 3 types of accounts you can open. I only have the savings with the bank. They offer a pretty high APY compared to the much larger banks. Which itself was the drawing point for me. There are many tools to monitor how your money is looking. Though I will add, it does feel like there can be improvement with the app itself. It feels a little "old" the app should modernize(smoothen) a little bit. This will make it feel a little more livelier.
