"an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later" :) As though that's a circumstance I can accommodate when I need to know my balance. Going to switch banks as soon as I can. Edit: THE SUGGESTED HELP LINE DOES NOT LEAD TO AN AGENT :))))))))) Edit2: I tried reaching out through the chat line on the app, and they could only offer basic TS tips that ultimately did not work. Can't seem to login to their site on my browser either, as it just sits and spins when I get my info correct.

Having the fingerprint sign in option WOULD be great if it actually worked. I have yet to open the app and not have it crash when using the fingerprint option. What is the point in having that option if it NEVER works properly. In the last week alone I am unable to use this option. IMO fix it or get rid of it! I gave stars for the rest of the app, which I've had no trouble with. Sadly, since the issue begins before I log in, I end up going to the website instead.

The app for the most part seems smooth except when it comes to loading the accounts on start up. The budgeting tools seems helpful but it likes to count transfers which inflates your money earned and money spent. They haven't fixed that issue the last year it seems. So I don't use that part of the app. All basic app functions are rather straightforward. Accounts will update if you refresh after a 30 second wait or so.
