If I could give them no stars I would!! I rang them about coming to my house to clip my Cat's nails, told them on the phone that my cat is wild and aggressive, and I can't even pick her up myself! So they would need to give her something to calm her down! They said that wouldn't be a problem! The Vet, more like (Groomer) came to my house with just a clippers and I told her it won't work, that she need to give my cat something to calm her! She said we can try lol 😂 didn't work bill 72.61

Quick and stress-free for my cat. The vet was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The experience of the vet visiting us was good, the vet was very friendly and took good care of our cat. However then I received a bill of 53 Euros. I requested an explaination on the cost breakup ( specially since i was not expecting such a big amount) and also requested a cost chart to compare. I kept chasing multiple times on their invoice@felmo email, no response. I also pinged their chat, they did not help either. Horrible experience. No more Felmo.
