ok...the app is a bit of a challenge to make work, but once one has dialed it in it's pretty cool... to make it work one needs to recognize that the app it's self is not clear... one push turns the receiver on, then it takes 2 additional pushes to activate the blue tooth, but if the phone is not set to accept or scan for devices then an error comes up, scan for devices on the phone, turn on the app, it took a few attempts to make it work...hold the button down and the receiver will power down...

Absolutely incredible builds! However, the application needs more development. I have that offroad jeep thing, and the back two motors work, but the front turning mechanism doesn't work. The build itself was worth it though! Beautiful design, I love how perfectly the parts go together. The front tires' up/down, left/right, and forwards/backwards design was genius. The basic frame is like a bike. Same foundations. It does suck that I can't drive it though... Vex... I love your stuff!

Works great! Boys had fun building the boxing robots then had more fun battling them. To connect you need both bluetooth and location services turned on. Also on first connect it needed to do both application and firmware updates, so be patient. For those complaining some of the motors wont work, I'm guessing there is a build error. One of our robots wouldn't punch, but checking the build we found the mistake. Fixed that and it works great.
