I have been extremely patient with this app. EVERY MONTH BET+ has been taking my money, but DOESN'T provide ANY CONSISTENT service. I was trying to watch my coins and did the basic plan. Then, after doing some research, I saw that the issue could be resolved by purchasing the premium plan, I did that. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHY AM I STILL UNABLE TO VIEW ANYTHING CONSISTANTLY ON THIS APP? THEY CONSISTANTLY TAKE MY MONEY EVERY MONTH! The message I'm getting is "Sorry, this video is not available."

I really love the BET+ app because of the series and movies that are shown, but recently, the price was increased, but the service and performance of the app is HORRIBLE!!!! Whenever I'm watching something on the app it's constantly buffering or in the middle of a movie or series everything freezes up and soon it pops up and says (bet+ is not available at this time) or that show (cannot be played at this time). If somethings not done at least by the end of Sept. my next move will be to cancel.

This is more about the service. Unsubscribed as soon as I subscribed, non-refundable. I subscribed through Amazon initially but newer episodes were locked. Silly me, thinking getting a subscription to BET+ would allow me to continue watching the show. Unfortunately, that didn't happen so I WASTED money. If you intend to subscribe because you wanted to continue a show that had episodes locked, research to make sure you can actually watch it on here. No option to remove payment method either.
