Does not connect to phone; app does not open

Great design but step counter reads a big fat zero. Tried to give it permissions but it already has what it needed I guess. Fossil gen 6 Edit: was told by development to restart the watch and it'll work. Despite doing that 6 times prior to writing this review, and again after receiving a response, it STILL reads Zero.

The watch face is cool but none of the widget's work for my Pixel 2. The pedometer, HR monitor, or the battery status stops updating or doesn't even update.
