In Tic-Tac-Toe, there are certain joseki, just like in Igo and Shogi.
However, while the joseki of Go and Shogi change relatively as time goes by, the joseki of Tic-Tac-Toe are absolute and do not change over time.
Since this application has absolute joseki of Sammen-jo-seki, you can avoid losing all games, or at least get a draw, just by learning how to play with this application.
