Worst app if you order through it! After placing an order through the app and paid for it. They tell you your order will be ready in 20-25 minutes. Which is extremely long for a bakery. What's more, you won't see your order history, wondering if your order went through. It turns out, they don't make your drink until you show up and TELL them personally you're there to pick it up. Now you need to wait in line and wait some more! What a total failure for the developer and the management!

Edit: Thank you for fixing it, Cypress ordering works now Original: Cypress location hasn't had app ordering available for months, the only way I have time to come here is if I order ahead. Idk if they forgot to turn it back on or what, but I haven't been able to have my pickups on the way to work which stinks. (In person line is too long in the morning which is why the app is better for me)

Cannot complete the verification process like many others. The troubleshooting tips on the website are a little ridiculous including changing permissions for the app, texting them and calling your cell carrier to allow a certain type of messages. This is wack. I can install other similar apps without a problem let alone headache. Fix your app!!
