The WrenchWay app helps technicians in the automotive, diesel, and heavy equipment industries by making it easier to search for jobs, highlighting the best shops to work at, and learning about what’s going on in the industry and in their area.
Use the WrenchWay mobile app to:
- Create Reverse Job Posts - Reverse Job Posts flip the traditional job board around. Technicians fill out a short questionnaire, and let shops reach out to them with job opportunities. The best part is the identities and contact information of technicians remains completely anonymous until they're ready to share.
- Browse Top Shops - WrenchWay Top Shops are like resumes for shops. Shops share all the details technicians want to know before applying to a shop (i.e., compensation ranges for all levels, photos and videos of the service area and employees, and FAQs on work environment, career development, and hiring process, etc.).
- View Shop Talk Videos - Shop Talk videos give technicians an authentic look at what it’s like working at shops in their area, what student technicians are learning about, and allows them to interact with other industry professionals to help elevate and grow the industry.

I don't think enough shops use this app to hire. There's always 4-5 shops the same ones too for months on there. Your best bet is probably use indeed

It's a great idea, but the app itself lags and freezes to a degree that makes it almost useless.

Great experience so far, easy to use and navigate.
What's new
We have added a Certification & Training Tracker to the app. This allows technicians to log any certifications or training programs they have completed, track renewal dates, add attachments, and more.
