I am done with Empower. I am so sick of the faulty GPS coordinates and terrible communication system. I am constantly chasing down my drivers, sometime several blocks away, and when I try to call or text them, the system always fails and we can never get in touch. This has made me late for work time and time again, and as much as I would love to support the concept of putting more money in drivers' pockets, I would be insane to continue to use an app that fails me consistently.

Great app. Two criticisms: 1) No other rideshare app charges more to the card than the total that is shown. Empower does a hold that is larger than the total. Which is a bit frustrating. 2) There's maybe a 10 minute window to leave a tip for the driver. If you don't do it in that time frame the option to tip goes away. The time frame should be longer.

Service has potential. App is a steaming pile of garbage. I can't see any drivers on the road. Can't see where my ride is once trip is accepted. Can't add even one stop to a trip. Better make sure you rate, favorite or tip your driver right after you get out of the car because you can't go back and change it. Interface elements are too small not to mention awkwardly placed. The user experience is awful. I love the idea of this service and what it means for ride share drivers and that is why it will continue to be the first service I try when I need a ride. But this app isn't even HALF baked.
