Mobile ZAC is fully supported with Zultys systems running MX version R17 and above. It allows remote and mobile employees to manage business communications while utilizing the same tools as Zultys Advanced Communicator (ZAC) and our browser-based Web ZAC.

Clunky. You have to log out of the phone app to not have it ring at your desk and on your phone at the same time. There should be an option to turn off ringer. There should also be an option for it to only go to your phone if you set the desktop unit to forward. It also ignores Do Not Disturb by vibrating when a call comes in. What part of "Do Not Disturb" is confusing to Zultys?

Thought this would be the solution to the old Zultys app but it's not there yet. Here is my list: if you are on a call group and someone answers the call it still rings on the app for a long time. When you answer, the call drops of course because someone already answered it. It constantly drops or doesn't connect legitimate direct calls. Messaging works well. Takes forever to open because it's pulling in the entire contact list. The ability to select and delete multiple voicemails is nice tho.

Looks prettier but otherwise worse layout than what it is replacing. Bluetooth issues the same between apps but the UI is terrible. If I miss a call it may not show up unless they leave a message and then i need to go through multiple menus to get to voice mail or to find who called. Let me open app, see a contact list and/or my call log and you can have the vms right there. Avoid using app because of worse Bluetooth issues and painful UI.

If these issues persist, please reach out to your Zultys support contact. Your suggestion to streamline the call log and voicemail access is valuable, and we will look to address this.

What's new

This update enhances navigation and load times and adds new features:
• MMS: Send and receive texts with attached pictures, videos, and audio clips.
• Ongoing Conferences: Create a conference room with a persistent ID for flexible, anytime meetings.
• Restore Deleted Voicemails: Easily recover deleted voicemails or delete them permanently.
• “More” Button for Recent Interactions: Swipe left on contacts and groups under the recent tab for quick access to actions and pertinent info.
