I got the update notification after I open this app today. I updated it and after update then it is not showing any bills and history as well. After 2 or 3 seconds, it just redirected to home page. I think the changes related to performance but something has done wrongly and it affected the app functionality which was working properly before the update. So, user's don't update the app if it is working and getting the information which you required.

I have been using this app for many years on my oppo F11 mobile and it bwas working fine and it made bill payment very convenient. But one week back inchanged my phone to one plus 12R and on installing and logging in the app . My service no..are showing but no bills, no load, no previous bill history are showing. Basically it showing blank ...on both my service no. Introed everything uninstalled and reinstalled the app but its not working. Kindly help .

I had an issue regarding cutout wiring instantly at night 1 am... Torrent power team had solved my problem within 30 minutes... And i think its a very big achievement of torrent power team that they're doing thier all best at night also gives service to the customer instantly and very peacefully... Its a very bug salute to torrent power company and its team...
