About this app
The abl app connects members and residents of the cooperative. It simplifies self-organization in the settlements, offers a marketplace for bartering, selling or giving away; an event area where you can invite your neighbors to the next open-air cinema or a joint aperitif, as well as a group function to organize with like-minded people.
You can now process your repair reports via the app or reserve the common room online. And the abl publishes important information for tenants via the news feed. The app is constantly being further developed and supplemented with services. It can be downloaded with the smartphone and also works in the browser of your computer.
The abl app was developed in cooperation with the interest group Flink especially for cooperatives. Originally, the Allgemeine Baugenossenschaft Zürich (ABZ) launched the application. Today, its further development is supported by all member cooperatives of the IG as well as Swiss housing cooperatives (Zurich regional association).
IG does not pursue any commercial goals and operates in a financially sustainable manner.
