A The most horrible customer service for a parking service ever. They charged me for a booking after the location denied me access to the facilities (broken car lift door). They lied that the lift was functioning. After providing proof and no response, they sent a new invoice with a 40 euro surcharge for the denied service. The customer service is almost completely iresponsive and extra surcharges seem automated. Stay away from this App. Stay away from BePark.

This is not an app, it's a complete waste of time, bandwidth and phone space. The results are empty both in the app and on the website - tried it on multiple occasions both out of Belgium and from Brussels even, same result. What era is this from? Was this a school project that got out of hand? And it doesn't help that 90% of the parking garages in Brussels seem to be managed by them. It's mindblowing how this can go on.

The concept of this app is great but I will not be using BePark again. With a samsung S10, you are unable to open the garage doors through the app as it should, which is very stressful when you're blocking the way. Instead you have to call the helpdesk (fortunately they do open the garage after about a minute). I would use the service again if it worked with something physical, like a badge. Also the button to leave the parking was on the wrong side of my car, a bit dumb.
