Worst delivery experience! This app has a great collection of dresses and other stuffs. There is a FirstCry shop nearby but I still choose the app because one gets a wide range of choices. But what is the use of these choices if we can't get any? I had ordered 2 items out of which 1 was supposed to be delivered last week and the other yesterday. The first one was delayed and was assured to deliver yesterday with the other, again both were not delivered! Unlucky I didn't opt for cash on delivery!

Not user friendly, too many checkpoint while placing orders. Coupons are not actually value-adding and come with too many restrictions. Plus the biggest flaw half of the good articles are unable to be shipped to certain locations( Tier 2) cities which really feels discriminating as a customer. If you cannot ship out articles then better not show on the app and filter those out by saved pincode for users. Doesn't make sense if stores can be opened in Tier 2 cities then full selection beavailable.

I enjoy using the FirstCry app for shopping and find the product range very good. However, I feel the app could improve in terms of speed and navigation. Good app with a wide variety of baby products. The FirstCry app is convenient for baby products, but customer support response times could be improved. It would be great if queries were resolved faster and order tracking was more accurate. Overall, I appreciate the service but hope these areas can be enhanced.
