Worst experience I have ever faced. I have ordered 5 sets of jhablas for my 3.5 months baby and I have ordered for 3-6months baby dress but it came for 10-15 days old baby. When I went for return, it said "no return". But when I bought, there was no such "no return" issues on the wall. When I still initiated request for return, and I gave all the evidence,and a mail came referring to submit awb number and images to the"Manage return" option. But there was no such key to submit and they cancelled

Worst online shopping experience. I have ordered 34 items on June 1st. Still I didn't receive any items or no update further. I tried to contact customer care but there's no number or anything to call. Chat option also not available. Also after 15days they have cancelled few items without mentioning any reason. I have done prepaid for 15K. FIRSTCRY poor customer support and worst app.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a product and the date has passed 2 weeks, still there is no proper support . Fake reasons being updated for not delivering the product. They don't have a proper channel to resolve the issue . Raised multiple tickets and you had to interact with the ivr which offers you no solution. Never use first cry
