It does NOT go through faster in fact every time I use it the APP SAYS it's being processed but the money won't be on my card. I call MDES and they tell me that I haven't done my weekly certification BUT YES I HAVE AND I KEEP THE SCREENSHOTS FROM THE DUMB APP! THEN I HAVE TO DO THE PROCESS ALL OVER AND IT TAKES EVEN LONGER to receive my money putting me behind on all my bills. This app is easy to navigate and easy to complete but from the App to MDES processing there are major issues!!!

This app minimizes the time spent completing the weekly certification. The only problem that I've run into has been when the site is down for maintenance or for whatever reason, the app doesn't give you notice of what is going on with the site or that it is down. It just constantly reboots the page making a person think that the information that was entered was wrong. If the app gave some kind of indication of what is going on, or tells you to try back later, then it would top notch.

Easy to use, very simple, but doesn't have a full MDES webpage experience, yes it's compacted for the mobile version. But, it's only broken down to the basics in order to run your claim account. Does not give the ability to change, or view information like the actual webpage account does, such as, viewing inquiry, or even benefit maintenance.... If only an update were made that added these two features... That would make this app complete, would also be VERY MUCH appreciated by MANY surely.
