Recently i haven't been able to download any thing because it shows that is unable to connect to the server Although that i have sent an email but it wasn't fixed

This is the second time that I wanted to try the app on android, and its awful! My first time I ran into a problem where it refused to actually download anything and that was at the app's first launch on Samsung. I wanted to give it a second try today and it won't even open! I never ran into these issues with the iPhone version... I hope you get to fix these problems since this is a really great app

Hi so this is anew bug that came in today yesterday it wasnt there iused the app and it was smooth,However today icant reach my file library to listen to music or see anything hope you guys fix this i literally cant live with out this app to listen to my music 🥲 need it for the gym cant download my long playlist again...... ( شكرا على الرد و اتمنى بان تصلحو المشكله باقرب وقت ممكن 🩵)
