I went to order online and card got declined even though there is enough available in my account. Went to the app, got error 1002 saying "something went wrong, try again" and "unable to execute method: connection reset". Not working over 5G or wifi. To make things worse after a failed payment attempt now aliexpress split my orders so I have to pay 9 orders 1 by 1 and discount timer is ending so I only managed to pay 7/9 so far..

Amounts shown are inaccurate and lagging, screen locking each time when you need to switch tabs is anoying and the fees are way above the fairvalue price for a service like this.. keep on stealing from the rest but I'm switching to bankless. And oh yea, to those who decide to use them anyway good luck with deleting your private data once you handed it out to them, it's not getting erased even if they say they did, my credit card got missused on multiple occasions, safety is an illusion with them

This app has left me very disappointed. The flow of use is very poor. The design is not intuitive at all. I've already had problems with the app crashing or not working correctly. I had trouble using #withKEY when I wanted to order something online, and the Support center was not available 24/7, making it impossible to get help. Things that should be simple are overcomplicated for no apparent reason, and the tutorials for app use are very superficial to say the least.
