It's been error since several months ago, but nothing's changed. What annoys me is that the check in counter staffs not even know it, or maybe just pretend. I'd prefer another airlines until you fix it.

Very bad user interface. Confusing interface where it's not as intuitive as air a*ia or other competitor. Once you logged in, they put the best deal floating tab and then go straight to details, ignoring the possibility of multiple passenger. Finding adding passenger button takes getting used to (very small, hard to press top right your date selection). Price flactuates like crazy.

They need to update it. Calendar took so long to load, and when you click, you need to wait few seconds until it load another page. I can't change my birthdate info. Won't let me change any profile info. Can't click anything on it. Please upgrade your app and web. It's disappointing since I think this is the best budget airplane but poor maintenance for website.
