How difficult is it to add a €5 top up option or does greed dictate the prepay power top up values. You are clearly out of touch with your customer base. The idea of pay as you go metering is to manage a budget effectively particularly near the end of the week . You are unnecessarily forcing people to top up by €10 or alternatively to go to the online portal. This defeats the objective of downloading the app. Fix this please.

Woth yous two months and my broadband is €1.92 a day. But I am been charged more everyday. I topped up one day 20 euro and less then 24hrs I had to top up again. It took near around sixty seventy euro 2/3 different weeks. It charges me 10 euro every time I charge my phone. I keep an eye on my prepaypower app every time i use any apps on my phone. either its a game or playing my music. It always charĝes me and that is totally wrong. stressful. Can't afford. I will be going to consumer rights.

I don't seam to have all the information in the app that appears on your website. I can't see the spend tab at the bottom of the screen, the only one that I have is topped up and history, can you help please
