Sometimes fails for no apparent reason. Sometimes shows incorrect info, like roaming data plan missing or 100x smaller than it really is. Can make it look like you have to purchase something even though you actually have it. My experience is 2* and not 1* because sometimes it just works.

[Galaxy Note 10] app opens, intro animation plays, then a blank, unresponsive white screen. Attempted: uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing data/cache, force stopping, rebooting the phone, switching from wifi to mobile data. Additional info: the network meter on my phone does not indicate that the app is downloading/uploading anything during the white screen. The app simply hangs.

Partner's Internet tech customer service sucks. Since they updated the new Internet, I have been having more connection interruptions. They were supposed to call yesterday evening to assist in the troubleshooting, but they never did.
