New users can download form from www.bharatbank/download option and submit duly filled form at any nearest branch

The best Mobile Banking application used till date. Everything under one roof, be it IMPS/NEFT/RTGS, Bill Payments as well as card related settings i.e. enabling and disabling the cards when not in use. The multi user functionality is also the added advantage in the new release. Since all banking related options are there in this app, it helps the customers to transact from the comfort of their home without the need to visit the bank.

Worst payment app ever used This app never catch OTP at time and after that we have to wait for 2 minutes to write it manually, worst system ever. It keeps buffering all the time Useless app kindly find a update and fix it Or else need to change my bank Failed transaction also gets paid even by showing it failed All transactions gets rejected if paid after 12AM Not satisfied at all, totally useless

This is not for the usability of app for sure. No bill payment No statment download. No other services or account opening service. But recently I have mailed the team with the issue and they assure will comming up with update to make this app usable and worthy to keep in mobile. Currently app has zero usage. But 5 ⭐ to Ebank Mbank and Feedback team. Atleast make custom date statment download possible it will be very very helpful.
