My 1st order gave me the worst experience. My money got deducted from bank but app showed payment failed. Customer care said it was payment gateway issue will be refunded in 3-4 days. You may reorder. After 2 days reordered. Payment got deducted for 2nd time again got messag payment failed. Let us see if i get both the refunds or not. But would not be placing any order again. If they are facing technical errors with payment gateway they should not allow to proceed with payment temporarily

Price of items in cart changes after some time. If you added items in cart in morning, by evening or next day, price is different. Seen this happen last 2-3 times i shopped. If your pricing is dynamic please let us know so we can remove costly items and replace with similar cheaper alternatives. Thankyou.

Worst experience. My amount has debited and still they kept me in waiting from 11 days without delivering the groceries or without refunding my amount back. This should be improved a lot. This is not at all fair. During festival season I faced this bad bad experience. Totally stressed with their behaviour. Even they were not responding properly.
