Swiggy, you're outstanding! Apart from your prompt service, I always appreciate your UI design and responsiveness of app as well. And, further lovely thing is, you're exploring Electronic segments and further wide range of products i.e. I seen some soundbars ( what ! 5.1 soundbar will be delivered in few minutes ! Wow !), electronic gadgets etc also available ! Which is excellent 👍 Flipkart, Amazon, don't mind, your serious rival is here !

WORST EXPERIENCE. I thought it would be a good alternative in food delivery apps but to be my very surprise. It turned out to be the worst delivery app ever. If you want your food on time, and want good experience with the customer care service then don't use SWIGGY because they dont treat thier customer well and make you feel dumb to order from them . And i order n nunber of times in week due to my travelling but swiggy lost a loyal customer today.

I've been getting groceries through the Instamart App and had a bad experience today. I had ordered mixed lettuce and got a product that's already spoiled. To make things worse there is no help regarding previous orders on the app once the delivery is done. This is totally unprofessional and a waste of money. I'm pretty disappointed and will discontinue.
