I am getting this "something went wrong" message in this application for more than 3 weeks. Too much mail communication is going on, but pluxee cannot fix, everytime they are saying they reset the account, but it didn't work. I feel like it's waste and giving me lots of frustration. I recently upgraded my account as well. But sadly, I'm not getting proper service at all.

This app was developed by people who can't even do basic maths. I am not talking about multiplication, division or subtraction. Just plain simple addition. If you still didn't follow what I meant by addition, I am talking about "One together with one is two" - that thing. And their customer support is even more pathetic. They just send some random responses and close tickets. A simple accounting issue with the app is not fixed even after months of follow ups and multiple escalations.

An absolutely unstable application. Login fails and pluxee support will continue to reset your profile, followed by requesting you to uninstall and reinstall your app. Apart from the fact that it increases the hit count for this app to be downloaded, nothing good comes out of it. I've finally given up on the hope that pluxee can fix the issue, so I've disabled my card.
