Station word
"Station word" is a game that combines the characters of the shuffled station name and returns it to the original station name. Problems are randomly set from over 600 routes nationwide, and over 9000 stations are covered. Even those who are not familiar with railways can easily play because there is a link to a page that gives hints.
[About route data]
The route data in the app is created with reference to information on the Internet (mainly Wikipedia and the sites of each railway operator). Route divisions, route ranges, route and station names may differ from the official ones.
The stations included in the route may include stations other than the official start and end points. For example, in the case of the JR Chitose Line, the starting point is Numanohata Station and the ending point is Shiroishi Station, but on the app it is from Tomakomai Station to Sapporo Station, and includes parts of the Muroran Main Line and Hakodate Main Line.
Some routes do not exist as official routes. For example, Keihin-Tohoku Line, Shonan-Shinjuku Line, and Akita Shinkansen are not official lines, but each line has a stop station.
The same section may be on multiple lines. For example, the Kumamoto City Tram has two lines, A and B, but both lines share the Karashimacho-Kenguncho line.
Route data includes discontinued lines and stations after 2000. However, it is a description within the range that the app creator understands. Please note that the handling of omissions, mistakes, pauses, etc. may not be unified.
If the railway operator is transferred after 2000, if the entire route is transferred, the name will be changed, and if part of the route is transferred, the station in that section will be deleted from the transfer source and transferred to. I am adding to For example, the JR Yamada Line between Miyako and Kamaishi was transferred to Sanriku Railway in March 2019. In this case, the station in this section is deleted from the JR Yamada Line and added to the Sanriku Railway Rias Line.
Regarding the JR Kesennuma Line and the JR Ofunato Line, the section that became a BRT is an abolished station. There are no new BRT stations. Although it is the Asa Kaigan Railway, it only includes the train mode section of the DMV, and does not include the newly established bus mode section.
