Il Baglio is the development and evolution of the experience acquired from 2015 to 2020 of the "Baglio" which now, in this particular historical moment, is about to restart in a new location. Structure located at the foot of the historic village of Baia and Latina, which has given prestige to several editions of the Living Nativity Scene, one of the most visited in the south.
Il Baglio 2.0 is the result of passion, love for food and attention to detail.
Tradition, simple food, authenticity.
All this in a contemporary context, which puts the happiness of being at the table first. We thought of a place that could revive through the products of our land, but not only, that sincere cuisine, made of manual skills and ingredients full of history; we thought of a place that would express simplicity in all its forms. Our pizza is also the host, characterized by a long leavening which is combined with DOP and IGP ingredients to create something not yet special, a pizza in constant evolution but with an identity of Neapolitan tradition.
