After installing and logging in, the app will inform you about recruitment for the Eco Challenge.
Recruitment for the Eco Challenge will be carried out by determining the timing of activation on a daily basis, so there are periods when there are many recruitments and periods when there are few.

Q. How can I participate in the Energy Saving Challenge and the Save Money/Eco Challenge?
A. You will receive a challenge recruitment notification from the app, and you can participate by simply pressing the "Participate" button from there. Even if you miss the notification, you can still participate from the "Eco Challenge screen" within the app as long as the recruitment deadline is still within the application deadline.

Q. What should I do to save electricity?
A. Customers are requested to save electricity by themselves, such as by adjusting the air conditioner temperature closer to the outdoor temperature and turning off lights when going out. However, please be careful not to suffer from heat stroke or poor health due to excessive power saving.

Q. What should I do to shift my electricity usage time in the Eco-Challenge?
A. Please do your laundry and ironing, which you normally do at different times, at the specified time.
If you have an electric water heater or electric car and usually use (charge) it at night, please shift the time you use electricity from night to a specified time.

(Note)
・If you are using night select or seasonal electric lighting due to electrification, please note that your electricity bill may increase due to the shift, so please be aware of this when participating.
・If we ask you to change the electricity usage (charging) time for your electric water heater or electric car, and you shift accordingly*, the difference in unit price between day and night will be reflected in your points.

*Customers who have selected "I have an electric vehicle (EV/PHEV)" as the "car type" in the "Electrical equipment information registration" of the app, or who have selected "electric water heater" and "have an electric water heater" Applicable to customers who have selected ``Can be done with remote control'' for ``Additional boiling''.

Q. How can I use my points?
A. Participation benefits and challenge success benefits will be given as "PayPay Points", so by tapping "Charge" before the charge deadline, the charge will be completed to your "PayPay Account".

Q. How can I succeed in the Energy Saving Challenge and the Save Money/Eco Challenge (Usage Challenge)?
A. With the Energy Saving Challenge, if you are able to reduce your past electricity usage by 0.01kWh or more from the target, you will receive a discount. It is considered a success if the amount can be increased by 0.01kWh or more from the original target.

A. There is no penalty for failing the challenge, so please feel free to participate.

5. The electricity saving challenge will be considered a success if the customer's electricity consumption is reduced by 0.01kWh or more from the predicted target based on the customer's past electricity usage during the requested time period.
6. The Eco Challenge (Usage Challenge) is considered a success if the target is increased by 0.01kWh or more from the target predicted based on the customer's past electricity usage during the requested time period.
