About this app

Lecture Recorder enables you to record lectures using your mobile device. It captures audio through the device's built-in microphone and synchronizes it with the corresponding slides, thereby producing a video file for future reference.

This application is designed for students who attend lectures that aren't officially recorded but have access to the PDF slides. It allows them to record the lecture in the hall and use the recording for personal reference later.

In the settings menu, you have the option to select from three different quality settings, each representing the video's resolution height. Additionally, you can toggle the wakelock settings to prevent the screen from turning off automatically. Selecting the highest resolution may extend the video processing time after the recording is stopped. For instance, a 100-minute lecture may require approximately 3 minutes to process in the highest resolution, although this duration can vary based on your device.

After recording, the app saves the lecture internally and prompts you to either store the file locally or share it. You can manage previously recorded lectures in the history.

Should you have a feature request or encounter any issues while using the app, you are encouraged to post them on the GitHub Repository at: https://github.com/notune/LectureRecorder.
