Very poor app, payments fail, but on occasion when they (reportedly) fail payment is still taken. Always been clunky and can't fully trust something so sketchy with financial transactions... Wish I could use another company to pay rent online. Edit: Previous default payment values weren't stored* new app addresses all the issues in my rant above & is layed out in a much more intuitive & nice looking UI - good work devs!

After clicking the "Pay" button on the "Verify Payment" dialog, sometimes nothing happens. No loading icon. For such an important step, the UX is terrible and could easily cause people to make double payments. This app needs proper testing to make sure a good customer experience is guaranteed even when the internet and phone aren't perfect.

I love the idea of this app. I thought it would be great as I work unsociable hours and always miss the shops with a paypoint. When I downloaded the app and entered my details, it seemed great. Until I closed it and reopened it to find that my card details are gone and I'd have to reenter them to make a payment. If that issue were addressed, it would get a better review and more stars. The UI could do with a revamp and more options to more payees and accounts.
