10/2/25 - app is still not working & when I called tech support in July, I was told they would look into possible troubleshooting & get back to me, but I haven't been contacted. App no longer sends notifications. Last week I got some phone calls, but had no clue what they were, so I ignored them. Now that I know where they are originating from, I'm no longer getting them. I had the building managers delete & re-enter my profile, but still no luck. Frustrating!

As of July '25: Still no notifications at all. Never. // Notifications never come through anymore. It was fine up until a week or so ago, then some notifications would work, and some wouldn't. Now I don't receive them at all. The entry panel will ring for about 30 seconds or longer until it switches to a regular phone call to my number instead of the app. Images of the person calling do show up in the app and I am able to still unlock the door via app.

This is the only app that the building manager has that let's me get into MY place of business 24/7, but the app doesn't even load. It just times out and stops working. I have restarted my phone, installed and uninstalled the app many times, tried to install it on multiple devices, and have been doing so for days! Update did correct the issue thankfully, but, wow! That should have never happened. This is controlling locks on doors and should be dependable.
