Ratings and reviews

A mobile classic! Though the story could've been more fleshed out and the free roam is great but it can be annoying when enemys show up. The reputation system is decent enough and lastly the freelance side missions and the ability to mine ores and sell is a nice addition that definitely forms the backbone of this game. Overall it is an underrated space shooter with an average story.

All around good game. No in game purchases are necessary to enjoy the game. very much like Wing Commander privateer or freelancer. My advice to noobs: just remember that you can disengage from mining at any time and keep what you have. You don't have to finish the whole asteroid. I sadly didn't figure this out right away.

Great game... If you're a fan of open exploration space games (think freelancer) I guarantee you'll love this game. However don't buy the addons if you don't like grinding. There are multiple points where you have to spend a lot of time collecting items in order to advance the story. Gets old quick. They use grind to pad the play time instead pf creating real content. My recommendation: Play the campaign that comes with the game, only buy the expansions if you just can't get enough. They're short (not counting forced grinding time). To the devs: More depth, less grind in the sequel! (Update: sequel is terrible, pure cash grab, nothing like GOF2)
