How is it possible that you can only login ONLY WI-FI!? this app used to be great, I've recommend this bank in the past based only on the mobile banking experience. Now I'm thinking to open an account with a different bank. Also, that copy/paste message directing reviewers to call to their customers support does not help anyone. Just fix the bugs.

This apps getting worse and worse and I could say that this is the worst. Any complaints on the apps and the team will always only answer with the internet connection blaming while any other apps & especially mobile banking apps working just fine with the same connection at the same time. If you want to develop or improve your apps so that it will look fancy and has everything on it, make sure also work on the technical issues, so the basic function of a banking apps won't let the customer down.

I most create account for payroll, it takes 1 month to create savings account which is 3 times come to the bank (far away from home). After sucessfully create a bank account, still cannot create Permata m-banking, the CXO asked me to go Dukcapil, I went to Dukcapil and the Dukcapil checked "nothing wrong" with my account. After dozen times attempt, still cannot create m-banking. I called the number they must suggest to go near bank (many time failed). This made me super frustated. 😄😄😄😄😄
