I blamed myself for downloading the app. I transferred money in, pleased with the speed of the process. However, when attempting to withdraw, I faced numerous unsuccessful attempts. Even when successful, there were unexpected charges. The app lacks basic features like airtime or data subscriptions, yet charges exorbitant fees for transfers. I regret downloading it and strongly advise against it.

You need to change your developers already, they did a bad job for a fintech app. Unable to change password, even after the updated version of the app, you still get an Internal Server Error. Thats a very poor design. If I can give - 0 stars I'd do so considering the current state of the app. What's the point of a good UI with a Bad UX, it appears you don't take the reviews into consideration because if you do by now this app should be way better.

I will like tell the swipeNG team to keep up the good work. I initially had challenges using the platform. But they have proven to be effective and doing their best on the job.
