Excessive clicking required, would be easier to use if you can provide all details and then hit send. Also 'nasal cold' is a bit confusing where one is actually interested in a running nose and sneezing. (Hayfever causes running noses and sneezing as well does that count as a yes or a no for that one?). Would be nice to be able to create a baseline so you only have to provide changes from that baseline.

Ok, it sortof does what it needs to do. But the user interface is not the best. Especially the input method to enter numbers is horrible, demands endless scrolling every time again. Some functionality (like settings and extra measurements) are there but is well hidden. It is that the doctors wants me to use it, if it was a normal app i'd uninstalled it and used an alternative. The mayor issues are easy to fix.

App is ok for what it is supposed to do and it does work, but the user flow is so bad! Why do you have to press three buttons every time for every measurement. Why do you have to wait while the measurement is being sent? There should be a way to make sending data faster. Especially if you have thousands or millions of people doing this every day. Otherwise you're causing a lot of waste (in the sense of Lean management). Consider not asking for confirmation every time (give option to turn off).
